TYME} Because I have not yet done the workarounds for those browsers.  (I
have, on test bed, Opera 5.12. Previewing Opera as Mozilla 4, 5.)  Opera and
Mozilla are not so compliant.  They don't support overflow:auto and are not
properly aligning the masthead/navbar correctly on the main page
(disregarding the alignment on both the HTML and CSS specs).  Why?  Beats
me.
