[thelist] webalizer problems

hi folks
         i asked the office's admin to install a log analyzer for a site
of ours. he set up webalizer, but i have noticed several problems, first
of all that it doesn't show my test-visits up in the stats. i'm a designer
and i really don't know what it is wrong with it: is it possibly an incorrect
installation/configuration?
