[thelist] Search Engine Hell

I am not a seacrh engine guru, Im a web developer but previously I have always managed to get sites listed through normal, non-dirty tactics and hand submitting.

I cannot for the life of me get a recent website http://www.barnacles.org.uk to submit to any of them??

It has been suggested that it is since it is PHP dynamically assembled ... take a look guys, any help would be beneficial...
