The Court of Appeals ruled that the defendant in that case was not liable
under the ADA because it was not aware of the plaintiff's disability when it
revoked the plaintiff's membership. The Court of Appeals never ruled on
whether a web site is covered under the ADA - it sidestepped the issue.
