You might find things in long blocks of text (like the
        diary and a lot of the other pages) much
  easier to read if they're not centered, but instead
      you could pad the body part so you've got
               some nice white space on each
                                side.

Then use the default left-justify for the
text, which is oh-so-much easier to read.
