I use Atomz Search and it is not as expensive as you indicate. I
think you're looking at their Enterprise offering; their standard
offering is nowhere near $15K. E-mail sales at atomz.com (I think) and
get a  quote. They can spider your site and tell you how much you
have and what the cost would be.

I have been -very- happy with their service (though there are some
features I want that they don't have, especially regarding reporting
of traffic, such as what terms people are using that deliver zero
results.)
