My immediate reactions:
1) it's a good, solid, design.
2) the lines and the text and buttons should not all be the same shade of
gray. they end up with equal visual weight, and make it harder to "find" the
text - which is usually the important part. Pretty sure that darker text
would help out.
3) i end up with a large *blank* green bar on the home page. i stare at it.
i don't want to, but it is the dominant element on the page, and there's
nothing there. and i can't look away. i want to look away - but i can't.

in short, i think the layout works fine. just need to work on the visual
cues to guide the user through the page.
