To steal the Flash games and use them on their own sites.  We do all the
work, and get paid nothing for the software.

The actual flash code as well as the action script.

No.  We have proof that they have in fact stolen the actual source (it has
been modified.

Because what we offer is rather unique in our industry, and at this time, we
are really the only one's doing it the way we are doing it.

Prevent people from decompiling our flash files and having access to make
changes or also preventing access to the Action Script.
