You're pointing out the business benefits of accessibility, not of W3c
compliance per se - do you have an equivalent resource for the larger
point?

You state at the top of your document that you are using a specific
version of HTML, (4.01 Transitional), but you deviate from that
version on numerous occasions. I suggest you fix your syntax errors.

Why validate? You have to to conform to w3c guidelines. Why conform?
