> Recently I got my Linux box to play with the Network, and was going
through setting it up/upgrading, etc. Among the many email clients that
it came with, I liked Sylpheed (cool name to boot). The feature that I
found most usefull, especially with Evolt messages, was that it gave
options of collapsing the threads (very neat). I was wondering what
other Linux clients are in popular use? Which ones do you recommend? Are
there any Windows clients that have this same functionality?

Mutt. If you like sylpheed and are prepared to spend a little time
asking newbie questions on their mailing list you'll never look back.
www.mutt.org // the most powerful mail client I've ever used.

I get maybe 350-500 emails a day from a whole bunch of lists and Mutt
makes managing all of this an absolute breeze.

BTW, somewhere on sylpheed there will be a way to make sure your text
wraps at 72 chars ;-) I got this message all in one line!

Have fun...
