[thelist] SQL Server security question

Is there a way to lock down a database on SQL Server (7 or 2000 for
discussion) such that even the 'sa' login can be prevented access?

A 'client' has posed this to us; they want to be able to keep their db
exclusive to their processes, and prevent any other access to the db,
even from 'sa.' I'm somewhat familiar with setting up the security
settings, but I've not tried to lock a db down this tight. Any insight
from the peanut gallery??
