[thelist] cause of this 2px space?

Having a slight problem with a site I'm trying to whip up for a friend.

Take a look at http://www.delime.com/testing/screenshot-layout.html
In Moz .98 it looks fine. The problem I'm getting occurs in IE 5.5 and
Opera 5 & 6. Don't have IE6 to check it.

If you look at the right side of the blue bar at top, IE and Opera
apparently place the image 2 pixels away from the edge of the div, causing
the background colour to be visible.

Any ideas why?
