Is a specification by the Internet Engineering Task Force that outlines the
problems associated with the above statement. :)

Having problems with a complex query? Solve it by breaking the query down
into smaller chunks, then make sure each chunk works properly. Once you have
accomplished this then add one criteria statement at a time to find out
exactly where the query breaks. If the criteria is a comparison for equality
(and it breaks) change it to a LIKE statement with the appropriate
wildcards, if it works you data may actually have something extra in it,
like an additional space that you cannot see.
