Took a look at my old browser strings and found this one:

Lotus-Notes/4.5 ( Windows-NT )

BTW: I only encountered this one, the one quoted above and

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; Lotus-Notes/5.0; Macintosh PPC)

So there's not much variation in browser strings.
