I created a pretty dynamic website with it: www.joods.nl (Dutch).

I really, really didn't like Zope.

1st. Zope has a steep learning curve. (It took me ten (twenty?) times as
long to learn Zope as learning PHP).

2nd. Zope's "friendly" language (DTML) is nice for doing very simple
things. A page a little more complicated becomes hell.

3th. The idea of Zope objects are very nice, but I ended up using
a database, without the advantages of objects (and without much
of the advantages of Zope itself).

Strangely enough, "The Zope book" still focuses on DTML and
Zope objects.

Zope itself is pretty stable. We had some serious problems with
"add-on's", which can be very unstable.

Bye,
Edwin Martin.
