The group has claimed no affiliations to others, but it is beginning to
scream site theft.

Someone didn't notice this in either organization? If that was the case I
would suspect some level of cooperation. Does this put a stopper on you
working on the Canadian site? Looking at the source reveals that it really
wasn't a cut-n-paste all the way around. But it is obvious that there is
some cut-n-paste involved.
