Hehehe. I see you're a qwest user as well.
But, while I agree with almost all of those points, I gotta disagree with
the 104 min. avg wait time. My wait time has never been longer than 10
minutes (Biz DSL so it might have a separate call center) and the support
reps are very helpful most of the time.
And yes, I ended up reprogramming the PRAM CBOS by a hyperterminal
connection.
