Err - maybe because he wants it running on a
web site?

Geeklog (http://geeklog.sourceforge.net) has personal and
site-wide calendar functions, but doesn't have meeting-
scheduling yet.

Otherwise, I suppose phpGroupWare is probably good at this
sort of thing, since that's its sole purpose in life...
