[thelist] Spacing in <td> in NN 6

Oh no...I'm freaking out here...

In Netscape 6.2.2, this page's layout is broken.

The navigation table's cells all have a few pixels whitespace between
them.

And no matter what I do with the stylesheet (margin? Padding?) I can't
get the 'Current Events' content to display without pushing apart the
table it's in.

The weird thing is, I use very similar techniques on another site with
no problems at all.
