[thelist] restoring a sql db from bak file

If I try to do an import it chokes saying it cannot find the selected row
delimeter.  If I try to restore it through a query I get:"Cannot open backup
device 'c:\ipartner_db_200205150203.BAK'. Device error or device off-line."
