how do Spiders (like googlebot, or any other) index (if at all) dynamic
websites?

say you've got a website with a knowledge base and you have a page that
displays each kb article based on it's id like so...

http://www.myAwesomeWebsiteForYou.com/kb.asp?kbid=2746

so back to my original question...
