Ah, pedantic extremes such as pointing out the law... or that usability
hits your bottom line every single time.

Alternatively, if you're not even taking part in a discussion, keep out
of it with meta-whines without tips.

There's a strong case to suggest that a developer can be held
*personally* liable for breaching the Americans with Disability Act
(ADA)  - the precedent is that the DOJ has consistently held (and
subsequent cases have proven this to be so) that architects are liable
for failure to design and construct accessible buildings.
