For employers in primary law:

US: Americans with Disability Act Type I
UK: Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Part II
Australia: Disability Discrimination Act 1993
Canada: Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms

In working policy, moving towards statute:
France
Belgium
Sweden
Japan
Holland
Italy
Luxemburg
Greece
Germany
Finland
Denmark
Canada
New Zealand
Singapore

You simply may not discriminate against disabled people in employment,
unless you fall into a very, very few exemptions. But the default is
that you must be accessible.

Anyone who's been disciminated against, whether it's a private citizen
(eg Bruce Maguire in the SOCOG case) or an organisation (the American
Association of the Blind in the AOL case)

You *really* need that spelling out?

The legislation for discrimination in employment is universally more
strict than that for the public because the public have more of a choice.
