Today, support for dir=rtl:

On windows:
Hebrew/Arabic IE3 and up on Hebrew/Arabic versions of windows
IE5 all windows versions, on all windows versions
Netscape 4 bidi version (very rare browser- not many use it)
Netscape 6
Mozilla

On Mac:
Mozilla 0.9.8 and up
Netscape 7

(IE Mac DOES NOT support RTL)

On Linux:
Mozilla
Conqerer (sp?)
