I have thought about this and decided that I can use the banned words
list to flag the potentially dodgy comments for moderation in the
backend, whilst still displaying them on the frontend.

This would eliminate the problem of 'false positives' (such as
Scunthorpe) yet also minimise the time admins spend on moderation.

Also - I'll put a 'Report comment' next to the comment on the frontend,
allowing users to flag dodgy comments.
