Python2.2. Zope (versions 2.4 to the current 2.5.1) requires Python2.1

Not true - Python comes compiled from either Activestate.com
or is bundled in with Zope, if you want/have that.

Mailman might be written in Python, but it deals with
*nix mail systems.  It almost certainly isn't going to
work with Win32.
