I think that it is all too obvious that with the hiring of Jakob Nielsen, Macromedia is
very much aware of the useablity problems with Flash and this email to the list is a
facetious waste of my time to answer any more than to say look at who you just
hired.

Let's try this again in a different order:
Your question:  Are there particular improvements you'd prefer?
My answer: If it's got Flash and no alternative it is simply not accesible IMHO.

I know you work for Macromedia, but the question to the list was about a particular
site example for which I think I supplied a good answer as this site had no
alternative for those that do not want to use Macromedia's plug-in. I know there is a
script you can use that detects if Flash is installed and in use but this was not in
place on this site. Besides, there was nothing on that site that could not be done
WITHOUT Flash.
