[thelist] using "explorer" to open folders?

HI chris,

sad thing is: my registry seems to be the same as
well. although i am sure there is some difference. if
you haev a minute, i would sincerely appreciate if you
could tell me if your registry looks similar to the
following (this is the FOLDER section of the
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT branch)....btw, i guess we also have
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/FOLDER...
