[thelist] PHP on W2k/IIS5 - Any gotchas to be aware of?

Hi,

I have a client who is considering bringing their site (which we built
last year) in house and hosting it on their IIS5/MSSQL servers. They've
had enough of the company currently hosting it (and having had to clean up
their mess on a regular basis I don't blame them).

The site is a pretty basic PHP/MySQL setup with some CMS features. Nothing
too complicated, just your bog standard SELECT, UPDATE and INSERT's, so
the DB move shouldn't be too hard.

I've said that I'll do some digging for any potential gotchas or problems
they might incur during this move and I wanted to know if anyone has any
tips they'd like to share.

The usual googling throws up some info, but nothing really concrete, and
www.faqts.com doesn't really have anything relevant that I can see. I'd
much prefer to hear from anyone with real life experience of this kind
of move.

TIA

G.
