No list was found, but heres a summary of the conversation -

* A banned words like might block posts mentioning works like Scunthorpe
(sp?)
* Blank out bad words with *'s rather than deleting them
* Use the banned words to flag comments rather than delete them
* Have a 'report comment' tool for users to flag comments for admin's
attention
