[thelist] "Microsoft URL Control" showing up in user-agent logs ?

it sure is some kind of bot but looking for formail doesn't seem its main task. Out of
436 instances on one of my logs for May, Microsoft URL Control only 5 times
requested formail.pl or .cgi.

All the other requests are for normal pages, even CSS files. No regular pattern here.
