[thelist] Changing the colour of a fieldset border

Hi all

Does anyone know how to change the colour of the border generated by the
<fieldset> tag?

Changing the border-color works well in NS6 but in IE6 it leaves a small
amount of black showing next to the red, which is weird as the default
colour is light gray. These don't work:

Color
Background-color
Adding margin:0px;
