thanks josh. found the issue, it was because an
include file of mine was doing the no-cache. i need
coffee sometimes. now i do not have any caching stuff
at all so i think browsers are storing it all.

thanks for offering to see the website, will take a
rain check on that! this one is currently confidential
anyway but thanks!
