http://www.allmyfaqs.com/faq.pl?Console_window covers a couple of
hacks, however - DO NOT DO IT. While a maximised window on your screen
might look good with your site, I am absolutely certain that a
2624x1200 (yes, I do run at this resolution,

really horrible on my system (not to mention annoying me by covering
up all the other windows I usually have open).
