[thelist] Netscape 6 CSS Layout Overflow Problem

I feel a bit strange in answering my own question, but the issue at hand has
been solved by making the footer a floating element. As a result of setting
float: left; on it, it now displays below the main content in both Netscape 6
and Opera 5 as it did in Internet Explorer. I now have an entirely CSS-based
layout which looks roughly the same in Netscape 4, Netscape 6, Internet
Explorer 6, and Opera 5, thus now I will go forth and rejoice.

To all of you who have written good articles on CSS layout and posted them for
Google to find, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
