While I agree completely with your overall message, unfortunately the above
just doesn't seem to work. How many web designers have you encountered who
are far more concerned with coloured scrollbars and contentEditable than
they are with IE's inability to support position:fixed ? The sad fact is
that the majority(?) of web content producers are perfectly content playing
with IE-only toys and care not a jot about standards - that's why phase two
of WaSP is developer education :)
