It has more to do with the fact that your stylesheet is being sent with
a content-type of "application/x-pointplus" rather than "text/css".  You
can yell at your host about this, or (I think) change it with .htaccess.

Probably yelling is best, because they've set a truly stupid
content-type.  What *is* x-pointplus, anyway?
