Well in step 3 zipcode is not defined.

On step 2 there is an array error but that may be because I am not going
through the approriate steps to get there. You should handle those errors in
your code.

There is also some performance things you could change in your code too, but
that is a different topic.

Here you go.  The original page that kept timing out was steps 2 through 4.
Step 1 is the user form.  The error is coming up on step3.  In case you
haven't noticed, I'm extremely new at most of what's on these pages so don't
let my coding scare you too bad.

No, no, no. Copy it to a text file and upload it somewhere. Then give us the
link. ;)  From what I can figure out, your entire code will take a *lot* of
space. Posting it here might active size filters in some email clients (hint,
hint).
