[thelist] ASCTRM won't start

1) From what I can figure out, it's a RealPlayer-related service. Do you
have it installed? If so, remove it.

2) If that doesn't fix it, go to your Services list and set the "Startup
Type" for ASCTRM service to "disabled". Does the error persist?

3) If that didn't work either, a bit of registry editing is called for. But
let's see if 1 and 2 solve your problem.

I assume you have admin rights to this PC, right?
