Congratulations, you just did :)

Seriously, this is a fantastic idea and you should run with it - stick it
on the web somewhere (maybe as a form) and let people submit sites, then
rank them against each other and try to find the worst (or highest scoring)
one. Definitely an idea who's time has come :)
