This is the ideal way to go, and you could couple it with use of the Zend
Studio. If you have an old PC laying around you can set up either a Linux,
FreeBSD, or Windows server, configure it to run Apache, PHP and MySQL rather
easily. There are lots of tutorials out there for doing this.
