As Tom said, there is no real "standard", but Webmonkey has done a
fairly comprehensive analysis of the various browser canvas sizes out
there:

The results suggest:
- safest choice: 744 X 410
- 5.0+ Win & Mac: 748 X 410
- Windows only: 776 X 410
