WAP is still very much alive in Europe at least, but I think things are going to move
towards using XHTML Basic rather than WML.

You shouldnt need to bother with WML studio. For starters, its crap and also WML
is SOoo simple that you can learn it in about 5 minutes...

For this kind of project, I would personally create something in XML and make a
script which would gracefully downgrade to whatever device is in use. I guess the
emphasis is not on glamourous pages but rapid and efficient communication
