[thelist] Apache next error

I have checked the httpd.conf. file and nothing appears to be out of place, is
there nothing obvious that is wrong from what I have said?  Could this be
something to do with my network settings?

If you run apache from the command line as 'apache -help' you'll
get a list of runtime options, including

-t : run syntax check for config files (with docroot check)

Probably a good place to start; almost certainly all your problems
are being caused by errors in httpd.conf.
