[thelist] layer and div in ns4

I've noticed that when you have a <layer> with the src attribute defined to some external page, Netscape 4x will either not recognize <div> tags, or ignores all of their attributes. As a result of this, I've just stopped using the <div> whenever possible.

Is this is a documented error in the Netscape browser? I've never been able to find anything on it.
