I'm an Outlook fan. But I had no idea of this problem until I lost 2GB of
email from the last couple of years. It would be super easy to write code
prompting me to archive stuff if the pst was nearing 2GB, I would think, but
no such deal.

I tried a handful of fixes, some from MS, and some from other people, and I
never did get it back. Ever. Lesson learned.
