So it was answered, but how about a tip? :)

<tip type="PWS on Windows XP Professional Edition" author="Dave Cantrell">
There is no Personal Web Server available for Windows XP. However, when
running Windows XP Professional, you have access to a limited version of
IIS. To install go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Applications -> Windows
Components and install Internet Information Services.

This will install IIS 5.1 but is limited to only 10 concurrent connections.
Otherwise, it is essentially the same as the full server version.

And a bonus one:

<tip type="PWS on Windows XP Home Edition" author="Dave Cantrell">
There is no Personal Web Server available for Windows XP. You can install
IIS on XP Pro, but *not* on XP Home.

Having said that, if you *really* want IIS on your XP Home box, you might be
able to hack your system enough to get it to work. See details:

To quote the article: "Using this technique is pretty low-level, and is
untested and you should use it at your own risk."
</tip>
