Have you tried: http://www.easyphp.org/ which will install preconfigured Apache/PHP/MySQL/PHPmyadmin ? just start from scratch.... BTW the url for locally hosted pages should be: http://127.0.0.1/ or http://localhost/ (no.com, .co.uk etc unless you have a dns running) hth Tony
