I [name] promise to make and complete your website if you promise to pay
me all the money i am owed and in a timely fashion. Timely fashion means
when i'm done, and no later, and not whenever you feel like it. You also
promise to pay me even if your business floats upside down in a bowl of
water before the Website is completed.
