[thelist] NS 7, Mozilla problem

I have a drop down menu that is doing some very strange things in NS 7(not the beta, the full version) and Mozilla.  When moused over, it seems to avoid the mouse... it litterally moves up and down quickly creating a most annoying effect.  Has anyone experienced this before?  Any ideas as to whats causing it?
